1 General Terms & Conditions

7 Wins (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the 7 Wins platform.

2 Account Registration

To use 7 Wins, you need to create a personal account. Registration is completely free, and you must provide accurate information.

• Valid email address
• Mobile Number (Bangladeshi number)
• Preferred payment method

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, 7 Wins reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password. Transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Payments

7 Wins accepts deposits via all popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Pay – minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Nagad – Minimum ৳200, Maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Rocket – Min ৳200, Max ৳30,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer – Minimum ৳1,000, Maximum ৳2,00,000 per transaction

3.2 Deposit Terms & Conditions

You may only make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may complicate the account verification process and result in withheld withdrawals.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from 7 Wins, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Standard Account)
• Withdrawal limits for VIP members are set separately
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

4.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals for standard accounts are processed within a maximum of 24 hours. For VIP members, this is reduced to just 4–6 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

7 Wins reserves the right to cancel or place a hold on withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• If account verification is not completed
• If bonus wagering requirements are not met
• Where fraud is suspected
• During the anti-money laundering verification process

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Wins regularly offers its users a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (you must wager ten times the bonus amount).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (per promotion)
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in bonus forfeiture
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated

5.3 Reload & Loyalty Bonuses

6 Betting Rules

There are a few key rules to follow when betting on 7 Wins. These rules apply equally to all players.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a technical error occurs in any game or event, 7 Wins reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. In live betting, if a bet is not accepted due to a network issue, it will be automatically cancelled.

6.2 Game Results & Disputes

All game results are determined by third-party certified Random Number Generators (RNG). In the event of any dispute over results, account history and log data will serve as the final evidence. For Sports Betting, only official results will be taken into consideration.

6.3 Responsible Betting

7 Wins always encourages betting within your means. Betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. 7 Wins offers deposit limits and session limits to help you stay in control.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7 Wins platform. Strict action will be taken against anyone who violates these rules.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Attempting to hack any game or system
• Harassing or causing harm to other players
• Exploiting any software or algorithm on the platform
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account

8 Account Closure & Suspension

7 Wins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

8.1 Account Closure by the Platform

• If these Terms are violated
• If an account is created using false information
• If involved in fraudulent activity
• If age verification fails
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

8.2 Account Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before closing your account. Please note that once closed, your account may not be recoverable.

9 Responsible Gaming

7 Wins believes in responsible gaming and places the highest priority on the well-being and safety of our players. Gaming should always be a source of enjoyment.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact our support team to have your account closed for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.

9.2 Limit Setting

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any transaction, bet, or game result, the following process must be followed.

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

2. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
3. Provide full details along with the required documents and supporting evidence.
4. Complex matters will be resolved within a maximum of 14 business days.

10.2 Final Decision

Decisions made by the 7 Wins dispute resolution team are final and binding. However, any player who is unsatisfied with a decision may appeal to the relevant regulatory authority. In all disputes, game logs and transaction history will serve as the definitive evidence.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

7 Wins reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email address and an announcement will be displayed on the website.
